Hitech's dedicated engineering team customizes molds for PF bakelite, DAP, UP and epoxy thermoset parts via professional CAD/CAM systems, meeting high precision standards for compression & transfer molding.


All molds are fully fabricated in our in-house workshop by experienced CNC technicians. In-house production enables quick mold revision and maintenance, shortening your project lead time significantly.

Hitech focus fully on thermoset molding to reliably fulfill diverse customized orders.

All raw materials are stored under constant temperature to guarantee stable material performance.


We source premium raw materials from global top-tier suppliers, including Sumitomo Bakelite (Japan) and Chang Chun Plastics (Taiwan). Our material portfolio covers PF phenolic, MF melamine, UP polyester, BMC, SMC, DAP and EP epoxy resin..


Our workshop is equipped with professional thermoset molding machines from well-known domestic brands Powerjet and FCS. We support standard single-shot molding, insert molding and overmolding.


Most equipment is fitted with automated robotic handling systems to boost stable, efficient mass production.

                     Post-Processing

                                      Solutions

To ensure every finished product fully meets customer specifications and quality standards, we implement a complete set of standardized post-processing procedures after molding.


Post Curing (Heat Treatment)

After injection molding, all thermoset parts undergo precise heat treatment through PLC-controlled industrial furnaces. This process improves material heat resistance, increases Tg value, and stabilizes product dimensions to prevent deformation during long-term use.


Deburring & Deflashing

Since thermoset molding inevitably produces minor flash edges, we adopt automated deburring processes to remove excess material uniformly. The treatment ensures smooth part surfaces and consistent dimensional accuracy for mass production.


Precision Inspection & Quality Control

To sustain consistent high precision of finished components, we adopt professional inspection tools and measuring instruments from well-known brands including Creaform, Hexintai, Eee and Mitutoyo. Full-process dimensional detection and tolerance calibration is implemented during production, effectively controlling product accuracy and ensuring all parts meet strict customer assembly and dimensional standards.


Compression Resistance Performance Test

We conduct professional compression resistance tests on finished products under standardized pressure conditions. The testing verifies

that products maintain stable structure without deformation under specific pressure loads, effectively guaranteeing reliable mechanical

performance and long-term service stability.


Customized Packaging

Final packaging is customized according to product size, weight and customer requirements. We adopt targeted packaging solutions to avoid extrusion damage, ensure safe transportation and keep products intact during long-distance shipping.
